Hey! I’m Vicky, I’m passionate about fitness, sport and mental health. My interest in sport began at 5 when I started playing tennis. I progressed to a semi professional level and played at Junior Wimbledon. I am a member of my local boxing club and a qualified Boxercise instructor. I can integrate boxing style training into workout sessions as it’s an amazing way to not only increase cardiovascular health but also for strength training and endurance.

I decided to qualify as a PT because I want to help people understand the importance of exercise not just on physical health but mental health too. I have my Mental Health First Aid qualification and have a good understanding of mental health in general. My own experience has proven to me how strong the connection is between mental and physical health. Our health is all we ever really have!

My approach is caring and motivating. Our sessions are tailored to you as an individual and always a safe space. Whether you want a hard hitting serious session or a less intense and fun workout, we work together to design a routine that keeps you motivated.
